(1) Before starting, check whether the screen surface and the fan have foreign bodies, whether the fasteners are loose, and rotate the pulley by hand. If there is no abnormal sound, it can be started.
(2) During normal operation, the feed of the stoner should keep falling continuously and evenly along the width of the screen surface, and the flow adjustment should be based on the rated output, and the flow should not be too large or too small. The thickness of the material layer should be appropriate, and the air flow should not penetrate the material layer, but also make the material in a suspended or semi-suspended state. When the flow rate is too large, the material layer on the working surface is too thick, which will increase the resistance of the air flow through the material layer, resulting in the material not reaching the semi-suspended state and reducing the stone removal effect; If the flow rate is too small, the material layer on the working surface is too thin, and it is easy to be blown through by the air flow, the automatic stratification phenomenon of the material on the upper layer and the stone on the bottom layer will be destroyed, and thus the stone removal effect will be reduced.
(3) When the stone removal machine is working, there should be appropriate storage of grain in the bucket to prevent the material from directly impacting the suspension state on the screen surface, thereby reducing the stone removal efficiency.
(4) In order to avoid the uneven distribution of air flow caused by the failure of material to cover the working surface when the machine is just started, a layer of material should be covered on the working surface in advance. During normal operation, the blanking distribution in the width direction of the working face should be ensured evenly.
(5) The air volume adjustment of the stoner is based on the observation of the movement state of the material on the working surface and the quality of the outlet material. If the material turns violently, it means that the air volume is too large; If the material is not loose and floating, it means that the air volume is too small, and there are still stone particles in the outlet material, the damper should be adjusted in time to achieve the appropriate air volume.
(6) The appropriate inclination Angle of the stone removal machine working surface should be between 10° and 13°. If the inclination is too large, the resistance of the upward movement of the stone will increase, and the speed of entering the selection chamber is too slow, which will make the stone discharge difficult. The inclination is too large, it will also increase the flow rate of the material downward, and the stone is easily mixed in the grain to exclude the machine, resulting in the stone is not clean. If the inclination is too small, the opposite situation will occur, and the material will be more difficult to discharge, which will not only affect the work efficiency, but also increase the grain content in the stone. Therefore, the inclination of the working face should be kept within the appropriate range, and adjusted according to the amount of stone contained in the raw grain. When there are more stone grains in the raw grain, the inclination Angle can be appropriately reduced, and vice versa, it is appropriately increased. And according to the situation of net grain containing stone and grain containing stone, to judge whether the adjustment of inclination Angle is correct.
(7) The stone screen plate, air balancing plate and air intake door should keep the air flow unimpeded. If the sieve hole is blocked, it can be cleaned with a wire brush, do not knock heavily to keep the sieve plate flat. If the screen plate is worn, it should be replaced in time, and the double-sided raised screen plate can be used over.
(8) The stone removal machine should be placed behind the screening and air cleaning in the sorting and cleaning operation to remove the side stones that cannot be removed in the previous cleaning process. If the size of the impurities entering the cleaning machine are all there, it will affect the uniform feed, block the porosity, and reduce the efficiency of stone removal.
(9) Often check the stone content in the grain and the grain content in the stone, and find out the cause in time and adopt corresponding measures when the abnormal situation is found.
(10) The stone removal machine should be regularly repaired, and the bearing should be regularly cleaned and supplemented with lubricating oil. After the overhaul, the empty car must be tested to check whether the machine is working normally, whether the steering is correct, and before everything is normal, it can be put into operation.
