1. Before starting the rice mill, the machine should be installed smoothly. Check whether the components are normal, whether the components and their connections are loose, whether the transmission belt is elastic, and be flexible when pulling the belt. Pay attention to the lubrication of the transmission components. Only after the above components are checked to be normal can the switch be started.
2. Remove debris (such as stones, iron tools, etc.) from the rice to be ground, and there should be no excessively long stones or iron pieces to avoid accidents. Check whether the dryness and wetness of the rice meet the requirements, then insert the bucket's insert plate tightly and put the rice into the bucket to grind.
Before processing raw materials, they should be cleaned to prevent debris from entering the machine and causing damage.
4. After starting the machine, let it idle for 2-3 minutes. After the machine runs smoothly, gradually open the feed and discharge doors. When the particle quality and whiteness meet the requirements, the adjustment plate can be fixed.
5. During rice milling operations, special attention should be paid to safety. Operators should stand in front of the feeding hopper, away from pulleys and belts, to avoid accidents. If there is abnormal noise or a sudden increase in bearing temperature, the machine should be stopped immediately, the cause should be identified, and the fault should be eliminated before starting work.
Before shutting down, the feed door should be closed to allow all food in the grinding chamber to be discharged from the machine body before shutting down.
