The flow rate is too small, and the rice layer on the sieve surface is too thin, making it easy for the airflow to break through. If the flow rate is too high, the grain layer will be thick, and the stones and grains will not be fully graded, which will also reduce the effectiveness of the equipment. Therefore, the control of flow rate should be adapted to the rated output of the equipment and the characteristics of the sand and gravel contained in the raw grain.
Before starting up, check whether the bearing seats of the rice mill are securely fastened. During work, it is important to regularly check the presence of stones in the grain and the presence of grains in the stones. If any problems are found, the root cause should be identified in a timely manner in order to take appropriate measures.
