The three areas of the small rice mill during the stone extraction process are the separation area, the quarry area, and the survey area. Through these three processing touches, the raw grain can eliminate 95% of impurities such as sand and stones, and more than 50% of bricks, resulting in less than 100 grains of sand and gravel being removed. There are three detailed stages.
1. Separation zone: With the same width shape, the raw grain enters from the right end and is discharged from the left side of the separation zone. Impurities and rice are first separated here.
2. Stone area: Separated impurities and sand gather here, and the airflow passes through the sieve holes inside. The sieve powder shrinks and moves, and the rice and sand are evenly distributed here.
3. Testing area: The sand and gravel outlet is located at the right end of the testing area. After the above two processes, there are still a small amount of rice particles in the sand and gravel, weighing less than the gravel, which are blown back to the detection area by the airflow. During the stone removal process of the rice mill, the sieve holes in the first two areas are facing upwards on one side and upwards on both sides. The direction of movement of sand holes is to prevent the stones from slipping and can also be used for airflow control.
The common reasons for the failure of the stone removal process in small complete rice mills are as follows: uneven cutting, uneven total width of stone removal, and uneven stone removal can cause strong vibration of the machine.
