How to extend the service life of small rice mills?

(1) Pay attention to checking for substances such as steel nails and stones in the rice to prevent them from entering the bleaching room and causing blockage or damage to the rice sieve.

(2) Before starting the machine, check if the rice sieve, rice knife, drum core, and rice cover are correct. Whether the installation is correct, whether all bolts and nuts are tightened, and whether there is lubricating oil on the bearings.

(3) Before starting the machine, rotate the spindle (roller) to check if it is stuck.

(4) When starting, first leave the rice mill at normal speed with no load, then pour in grains and pay attention to the operation of the rice mill at all times.

(5) After shutdown, the machine should be cleaned and kept clean to prevent mice from crawling into the machine and stealing food. Cover the body with plastic or cloth. Feed pellet machine

What is the structural principle and optimization method of a small rice mill?

1. The structural principle of a general combination rice mill

The rice mill is made of an outer shell, a drum (with spiral racks on the drum), a rice milling cutter, a processing bucket, a rice milling screen, etc. During work, pour rice into the hopper, open the entrance gate, and the rice flows into the bleaching room and drum space. Due to the rotation of the drum, the rice is subjected to significant compression pressure and friction, resulting in the peel falling off, the peel being finely ground, and the rice grains being whitened. Under the continuous rotation of the drum, the rice grains are pushed to the exhaust port by the spiral racks on the drum and flow out from the exhaust knife. The shell leaks from the rice sieve to the bottom of the shell. Rice bran is mixed with husks to make the desired feed for customers.

2. Adaptation method: Large rice mill

During the work process, two important adjustments must be made to the rice mill, namely the position of the rice mill blade and the adjustment of the inlet and outlet valve blades.

The adjustment of the rice cutter usually involves adjusting the gap between the rice cutter and the drum. If the gap is large, the pressure in the grinding chamber is small, and the friction force of the rice in the grinding roller is not strong, the rice cannot be finely ground, but the rice yield is high. When the leaves of the inlet gate open and the leaves of the outlet gate close, the grain in the bleaching chamber increases and the pressure increases. Rice is white, but there are more broken rice; On the contrary, when the inlet knife switch is turned off and the outlet knife switch is turned on, there is less rice stored in the whitening room, the pressure decreases, and the rice milling becomes rough.
